About Us

Kettering Operatic Society Musical Theatre Company, affectionately known as KOSMTC, are a Community Performing Arts outreach group based in North Northamptonshire.

The society was formed on March 7th 1919 and has brought production to the Kettering Public every year since 1947, following the end of the war.

History

KOS provides performing arts opportunities for all ages from 5 years old, and is an inclusive community group promoting participation in the arts for all, regardless of age, gender, ethnic origin or sexuality.

We operate a 'One member, One vote' policy to create a high level of engagement throughout our 'KOS Family'.

We are a not for profit organisation which looks to utilise the performing arts as a form of social inclusion as well as creating pathways to personal and professional success.
